[BUG] Solstice 1.9.5 breaks text formatting in tablist

Describe the bug
Solstice doesn't render text formatting in tablist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set tablist to use tags for text coloring, like sgr
2. Check that its not being applied

Expected behavior

• Solstice: 1.9.5+1.21.1

Additional context
I'm pretty sure this has to do with PR #76, given it was written with 26.2 in mind and didn't special case earlier versions.
Downgrading to Solstice 1.9.4 does have expected behavior.

@dimaguy FYI 1.9.6 was released with the fix, functionally there's nothing more than the one you tested, but if you prefer to use the actual release version it's available.
