Where should ActivitySim roadmap be maintained?

The roadmap is currently a document on GDrive. Where should it live so that it is accessible and can be easily updated and maintained?

I think we should have official versions/releases of this document maintained on the Github wiki (so that is publicly available), and that we should have a live version on project Drive for project participants to add comments, suggestions, etc. I think the ideas in the Roadmap might potentially extend beyond the domain of the repo, so I'm not sure it should live there.

It would be nice to have something that we release publicly and make some noise about. The entire document is far too long for that, but if the document ends up containing a consensus longer-term work plan, I think there would be broad interest in that.
