Extend redux-json-api to be usable with Drupal JSON:API

Issue on the library github: redux-json-api/redux-json-api#168

Currently we're using a fork of redux-json-api (https://github.com/mspae/redux-json-api) which allows us to customise the URL construction for API endpoints. Moving forward we should make sure the original library fully supports our usecase so we don't have to maintain our own fork.

The author has agreed to the API proposal in redux-json-api/redux-json-api#170 – just need to create some more tests/docs and it will be merged.
